The RF group in Limerick, Ireland, designs and manufactures high-performance frequency synthesizers, and ISM band transmitters and transceivers for use in low-cost wireless links. The ADI family of ISM band Transmitters includes the ADF7012 for use in the 75MHz to 1GHz frequency bands. Programmable output power of -16 to +14dBm is available in 0.4dB steps. The transmitter support FSK/GFSK /OOK/GOOK and ASK modulation with multiple channels for frequency hopping systems.  The ADF7021 High Performance Narrowband Transceiver supports ETSI EN300-220, FCC Part 15, FCC Part 90, FCC Part 95 and ARIB STD-T67.  It's receiver sensitivity is -130dBm at 100bps, 2FSK.  It also has a class-leading IP3 specification of-24dBm in high sensitivity mode. Key applications include low cost wireless data transfer, home & building automation, security systems, wireless metering/telemetry, and keyless entry systems.
